Bryce Paterson is a legal professional with over 10 years of experience both internationally and domestically in Australia. He is the current Head of Legal for Equis in Australia and is responsible for all legal matters internally and associated with projects. Bryce has deep experience in the Energy and Infrastructure sectors, having worked on multiple global transactions totalling over AU$ 27bn. His work has included regulatory advice, project delivery advice, and transactional advice.

Vincenzo has over 19 years' of energy infrastructure experience with 15 years' of specialisation in developing and delivering solar and BESS projects. He has delivered assets in Europe, Middle East and Australia. Prior to joining Equis, Vincenzo held roles with Canadian Solar, Raygen Resources, ABB and various European solar companies and technology providers.

He has over 22 years of experience in the EPCM industry (civil, infrastructure, mining, services, energy and power including nuclear). Prior to joining Equis, he held senior management roles with international organizations such as Alstom, Leighton Contractors, UGL, Vestas and GE. He is a Project Management Professional, Mechanical Engineer & Six Sigma Champion.

Liz has over 14 years' experience of statutory planning experience within the infrastructure and renewable energy sector in Australia. Prior to joining Equis, Liz held planning and permitting roles at Goldwind.

Ed is a PhD-qualified grid connection expert with over 25 years of experience in renewable energy generation, transmission and distribution. He has held senior roles in energy infrastructure asset owners, developers, and consultancy firms engaged with renewable energy across wind, solar and storage in Australia, Europe, Central America and SE Asia. Ed has managed $13b of electricity regulated and commercial assets as GM for AusNet's Transmission and Distribution networks.

Roby is an Investment Director and leads Equis’ EIA Portfolio with over 11 years of experience in renewable energy and infrastructure development and investment across Australia, the Philippines and other regions across Asia. Roby has completed a number of high-profile infrastructure transactions in Asia totaling approximately $750m, building an operating portfolio of over 350MW. Roby led the establishment of EIA's battery business in Australia which has now grown to a 4,400MW portfolio (including MREH, Calala, Koolunga, and Lower Wonga).

Prior to Equis, Roby worked in Investment Banking at RCBC Capital, working across project finance and capital market transactions. Roby was also a finance professor at De La Salle University.

Presently, Roby is focused on the execution, delivery, and construction of EIA’s BESS portfolio, leading a team of 40+ staff in the Melbourne office.

Thomas has over 20 years' experience working in a range of business development and energy trading roles. Prior to joining Equis, he was the Head of Trading and Wholesale Markets at Goldwind Australia. Additionally, he has held various senior roles with companies such as WePower, AbsoluteClimo, European Energy Exchange, ASX Energy and Deutsche Bank.
